Conventional lathe machines
To supplement its offer, JAFO S.A. offers conventional lathes of the Bulgarian manufacturer ZMM BULGARIA.
The offered lathes are universal machine tools, especially suitable for work in tool shops, repair shops, service companies, production companies - for performing all kinds of turning works.
Properly selected engine power and rigid machine structure allow for turning with high-speed steel tools and sintered carbide tools. The kinematics of lathes allows for the production of a wide range of metric, inch, modular and diametral pitch threads.
Machine tools are made with gradual regulation of the spindle speed or smooth regulation by a frequency converter in the appropriate number of ranges. The range of achieved spindle speeds ensures economic use of lathes, both for roughing and finishing machining of cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals.
The offered lathes are characterized by a modern design, easy changeover and reliability. It is influenced by min. deeply hardened and ground guides.
In order to increase the machining parameters, a removable bridge has been used in almost all machine tools.
For the maximum use of working time, a four-way rapid feed device was used in the machine tools (except for the CU325 and CU325RD models)
The machines are manufactured according to European EN standards and have a CE certificate.
